"I dont know if you remember me from playing at my wedding at Brooklands hotel on 7th November 2009. Can I firstly apologise that this email has taken so long to get to you, it's just with christmas so soon after the wedding i haven't had time to sit down and write my thankyous.

I just wanted to say a big thankyou for the absolutely beautiful music you played at the wedding. Every guest commented on how beautiful it sounded and what a lovely atmosphere it gave the drinks reception. Thankyou again and a card will be arriving in the post as soon as i have finished making them."

"I must apologise for this late 'Thank you' e-mail! I am afraid other business of life took over last week and it should be no reflection of your contribution to Sarah and John's day - but more to my inability to organise myself!

I think the music for the ceremony was jus right and you produced the sort of sound that really added to the ambience that Sarah wanted - as you will be aware that part of the event brought tears to my eyes.

You also helped set the scene for the reception part - the greeting of guests; whilst may think that you only contributed to background, music is still incredibly important - the relaxed atmosphere was continued through your music - Sarah didn't want jazz or R&R stuff - just music that helped folk to chat and enjoy each other's company. Several had travelled a distance but knew each other well so there needed to be a lot of 'catching up'.

Many thanks for your contribution - it was appreciated by many - most importantly by Sarah and John. We are all very happy to recommended your approach to wedding music should we be asked."
